Staying fit!

One of the goals I have for this year is to stay fit and healthy by doing regular runs or physical exercise.  Yes, you guessed it right– I haven’t done it yet! LOL! :)

But no, I am not giving up on the idea that I could actually exercise.  The year is just beginning and there’s so much I can do to attain this goal.  It’s just a matter of being disciplined and sticking to schedules, right?

Zafu, a yoga accessory

I heard one of the most effective exercises is yoga.  Its roots are very spiritual, but I’d rather not focus on that.  I am after its positive effects. Just like any other exercise, I would have to invest in accessories like zafu,but that’s not really a lot.

So will I do yoga this year? Maybe it would be a great addition to my Zumba and weekly runs. Can I fit it into my busy schedules? That’s the thing! I can always find time if I really want to. Goodluck to me!
