If we hire a photographer during a special event like weddings or birthdays and they don’t deliver what was agreed upon, will there be any sanctions or some liability insurance for photographers? After all, any event, once it’s done, can never be recreated again if only for the purpose of pictorials and vanity. A friend of mine have just attended a wedding a few days ago, and she said that the photographers hired by the wedding coordinator wasn’t that good with the takes as well as the manner they handled the entourage. The younger one was obviously in a hurry, while the older photographer was quite lousy. When they saw the pictures, they were puzzled as the output was a disaster. But they do not wish to complain because they were given a discount.
