Nothing could be more frustrating than getting poor quality prints from a printing press. I experienced this before– I had high expectations of the printing press who printed some visual aids we needed for a very important event. I wanted to return them and get my money back, but what else can I do?
What is good about having the internet these days is that you can easily find printing companies online and have lots of choices to choose from.
The next time I have some printing needs, I would not take risks. From the costumer reviews that I read, everybody seems to be satisfied with the online printers. I am positive I won’t have to have regrets again.
My aunt came to Bangkok for a tour last week and it was great to be able to catch up with her though for just a day. She greatly enjoyed her Thailand visit and loved the shopping especially so she is planning to come back again next year. Hopefully, she would not be as tired of walking around anymore!
She was looking for souvenirs so I asked her what kind she wants. She could bring home some alumina ceramics to decorate her house with– or she could just bring home those Thai delicacies that are not found in the Philippines. She opted for the latter because she was worried that the ceramics might be broken while on a flight. She wished she could have brought some of those, though!
I get so impressed with sound engineers and how they do such a brilliant job at keeping the sound system working perfectly in concerts, programs and in church services.
I have an ear for music, but I can’t be sure I could be good at mixing sound like sound engineers do. I mean, I don’t have any idea how those push-pull knobs work!
We attend this big church in Bangkok with state of the art musical instruments and sound system. They have lots of people taking care of the cameras and the sound system. I believe they also sing along with the band and listen to the preaching, but they have to carefully pay attention and be mindful of when to minimize or maximize the volume of the instruments and microphones. I really commend them for their skills– people in church would not certainly enjoy the preaching and the music if not for these people who are not necessarily in the limelight but are so brilliant in what they do!
