“My Heart is Dancing” was my facebook status today. Well it’s because within 48 hours, we will be back in the Philippines to be with family once again. I am so excited. I am excited about the plane ride. About hugging my folks, about that trip to our hometown… everything about this thing really makes my heart dance—and sing, too!

Did I mention that we will be spending the night in Dahilayan Resort? It has always been my dream to be in this touristy place in our hometown. My sister told me I should do the zipline. Now I am not so sure about that. Everyone knows that I have a serious fear of heights but well, let’s see! At 30-ish, I might be able to finally conquer my fears. And oh, I wish they had one of those custom tshirts as a souvenir to remember the experience by!

Software promotion has become one of the best ways to get an online income. I have not tried this yet, but who knows? There are no limits to what you can do online, and the opportunities are open to everyone!

I should try to explore more of those opportunities. Have you given it a try?

The sad news about this story is that the opal, along with some other jewelry my mom owned got stolen. So I never got to have that precious stone.

I have not really researched on the birthstones of my kids. I know they are going to appreciate it if I gave them a gift when they’ll be older. I don’t know if Roi would love Green Onyx Beads, but I am sure he could keep them– or maybe give it to his wife or kids someday.

Ria loves Barbie movies because they are very musical. As I write this post both kids are watching Jungle Book 2, for the nth time. They love the songs and the Mowgli dance, they are always entertained by it. So I am preparing myself to see them watch this old film over and over again within the week.

We are blessed to have musically inclined kids. Roi loves to perform on stage. He always enjoy the applause and the limelight, so I won’t be surprised if I have a stage actor in the making. He also loves to beat the drums, but have not learned how to play the instrument formally. We would love to give him sonor if he masters the instrument. I don’t mind hearing all that loud noise when he beats the drums—with much practice, I know he will be a great drummer someday!

I would be so looking forward to giving some tips to my friend when I will see her in a few weeks. Motherhood is one great and exciting experience, but I don’t think hubby and I will ever have a third child. I guess I am one happy mom of 2!

So far, we have not done anything about it yet. In fact, I get worried about our eating habits and how we just feast from time to time! Boy! How time flies. It was only last December that we did those list of hard targets and we were so confident we could do them. It’s already almost the end of April. Can you believe it? Where has all the time gone?

Maybe hubby would need progene  in order to get those muscles he has always wanted. Actually, getting those muscles is just a part of the whole goal of his. The bottomline is to stay healthy this year. Both of us should get that general check up if we have to find out how healthy we are. Sure, that would cost us quite an amount of money, but it would be good where we are at health wise.

Believe it or not, hubby was not that much of a handyman back in our home country. I guess because there, we could call on so many friends who could do the work for us– some for a minimal fee, some for free.

But when we moved to Thailand, I was surprised to find hubby’s “hidden” talent in repairing things! I guess you could discover so many things about yourself when you are in a situation where you only have your skills to rely on, right?

With that, I have always wanted to give him a tool box with tools in it, includingmac 90.

I bet Handy Manny Joey would be so happy with that toolbox in hand!

We celebrated his birthday inside the bus for a 15-hour trip to Hat Yai, South Thailand so needless to say, he was not able to enjoy one of those fancy cakes, or even just a small party.

Of course my ever cool hubby who does not really enjoy all that funfare is happy with this quiet trip with the family.

This does not mean that I have forgotten about his gift. I am still looking at a site with gadgets for men.

I am sure my long overdue gift would still bring joy to my man– but I am hoping I could find one sooner so that it would not be that late, you know what I mean?  :)

It would be difficult to settle on one particular film to watch, but in the end we would watch what the kids want and if hubby and I would have time, we would watch something that we both would like.

Going to the movie house would be expensive for the four of us, so we would rather look for discount blu ray movies, or look for DVDs on sale.

Watching a good movie is one of the reasons why the kids always look forward to Friday nights!

While it’s true that you really want to keep your house neatly cleaned and arranged, you still have to juggle your time doing so many other important things:  family, work, and more work!  One great challenge is oftentimes finding the time do the household chores that you are supposed to do, but perhaps the greater challenge is mustering enough energy to finally do them, and do them well.
